Terms of Service

Introduction: These Terms of Service govern the use of products and services provided by Saya Elevator Industries Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing materials from us or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Purchase and Delivery

We supply materials for elevator installations to lift installation companies and ensure that the products meet the highest industry standards. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and availability. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices for the materials are set at the time of purchase and are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. Exceptions can be made for bulk purchases of elevator components. Payments must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice. We accept various forms of payment, including Net Banking and cash.

3. Inspection Clause

• Pre-Purchase Inspection: The client is responsible for inspecting all components or goods prior to purchase to ensure they meet the required specifications and are free from defects or damage. By completing the purchase, the client acknowledges that they have inspected the goods and found them to be in acceptable condition.

4. Liability Clause

• No Return or Replacement Policy: We do not offer any return, refund, or replacement for purchased goods, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to damage, malfunction, or dissatisfaction with the product. All sales are final.
• Manufacturer Responsibility: In the event of any defect, damage, or malfunction in the purchased goods, the client must directly contact us regarding the issue within 7 days of receipt of the order for a resolution.
• Transportation Damage: We are not liable for any damage to components or goods that occurs during transportation or delivery.
• No Warranty: Warranty varies for each component. Products with a manufacturer's warranty will be covered accordingly. No warranty, return, or replacement will be given for products without a manufacturer's warranty.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between us and the buyer will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. Legal proceedings will be held in Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed.
